Hiring: AR Caller (Denial Management)
Locations: Bangalore & Hyderabad
Experience: 1 to 4 Years
Job Role:
We are looking for experienced AR Callers to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The role primarily involves calling insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims and handle denial management processes.
Responsibilities:

Perform outbound calls to insurance companies to resolve unpaid claims.

Review and analyze insurance denials.

Take appropriate action to resolve denied or unpaid claims.

Document call details and actions taken in the system.

Maintain productivity and quality standards as per client expectations.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in AR Calling (US healthcare process).

Strong knowledge in denial management and insurance follow-ups.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Comfortable with night shifts and working in a BPO/RCM setup.
